Homemade Chicken and Veggie Pizza

I thought pizza sounded good, but I didn't want pizza with all the grease and fat, so I decided to pick up the ingredients to make my own homemade pizza. Yes, it might take a little bit more time, and is not as convenient as delivery or store bought pizza. But...it tastes so much better, and I can have more than 1 slice for less calories!


Here is a picture of the pizza we had for dinner tonight! Hot out of the oven!


This is what you need to make this Chicken and Veggie Pizza:

1 - Boboli 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

1/2 cup - Contadina Pizza Sauce

42 grams - Weight Watchers Natural Reduced Fat Four Cheese Italian Style Blend

4 oz - Tyson All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

2 oz - Monterey Fresh Mushrooms

1.5 oz - Green Bell Pepper

1 oz - White Onion


Makes 6 Servings

Per Serving---1 slice:

170 calories

4 grams fat

26 grams carbs

11 grams protein

5 grams fiber
